Marine stunt performer, powerboat champion and all-round adventurer Sarah Donohue will be on the Main Stage at the GO Diving Show in March.
Sarah will be familiar to many from her time presenting motorsport TV programmes and her long-running exploits in the world of powerboat racing, but it was a near-fatal boating accident that introduced her to diving, and since then she has gone on to become proficient in marine stunts, a HSE Media Diver and a dedicated marine conservationist.
She will be joining a host of star names on the Main Stage, including TV presenters Andy Torbet, Monty Halls and Miranda Krestovnikoff (the latter two making a welcome return after a one- and two-year hiatus from the show), world-record technical diver Jarrod Jablonski, freediving guru and DEEP team member Kirk Krack and underwater photography master Alex Mustard.

Sarah has had a long career in both motorsport and TV, starting with her own extreme TV show on Granada TV's Men & Motors in the 1990s. She later went on to present motorsport with Tiff Needell, and Top Gear's Waterworld on the BBC with Jeremy Clarkson, as well as co-hosting the H2O show for Meridian Television alongside Nick Knowles and Simon Vigar.
With a career in powerboat racing starting in 1993, it wasn't long before Sarah was racing in America from 2004. She had a bad motorsports crash in 1999 leaving her on a life-support machine, but it didn't stop her love for extreme sports and stunts.
Sarah specializes in all water stunts on, in and under the water and is a qualified HSE Media Diver – most recently, she finished filming Back in Action as the stunt double for Cameron Diaz.
She is a keen marine conservation advocate, freediver, author and marine biologist in study.
When on dry land, Sarah is a respected sportswoman – a former track and field athlete, she has won the World Tri-Fitness Championships twice against upwards of over 250 athletes, and is qualified not only in diet and nutrition but also as a strength and conditioning coach.
The GO Diving Show
The GO Diving Show returns to the NAEC at Stoneleigh Park, near Kenilworth, on 2-3 March, this time taking in all three halls and expanding to 10,000 sq metres of exhibition space.
As well as the Main Stage, there are also dedicated stages for UK diving, technical diving, underwater photography and inspirational tales, plus the ever-popular Cave, the giant trydive pool. and, new for 2024, an interactive bouldering wall and a dual VR diving simulator so you and your ‘buddy' can venture off ‘underwater' together, all scattered among an ever-increasing array of stands from tourist boards, manufacturers, training agencies, resorts, liveaboards, dive centres, retailers and much more.
Tickets, which are valid for the entire weekend and include complementary parking, are available now, priced at £25.
