Clan Evans and the other divers here on Grenada for the annual Dive Fest boarded the Osprey ferry and made the two-and-a-half hour journey north to Carriacou, which is where the official launch ‘party’ was going to be held, and the first few days of diving.
Pup Morse, the ‘Scuba Cowboy’, was providing the live musical entertainment at the rustic Off the Hook beach bar and grill, and everyone saw in the event with some chilled-out tunes, barbecued food and cold drinks. Luke had fun racing around in the dark using the light from a phone to find and rescue stricken land crabs that had got stuck in the mangroves.
Monday was going to be Isle of Reefs diving day, and on our hit list was the famous site The Sisters.
