Magmadive Expeditions specialises in arranging multi-day expeditions around Iceland, including diving in “crystal-clear glacial meltwater, geothermal lakes and the world’s only diveable geothermal cone”.
An example of a short break is its Tectonic Dive Expedition out of Reykjavík.
This costs 119,990 Icelandic krona pp (about £900!) and includes six guided dives at Silfra, Kleifarvatn and Davidsgja, the Thingvellir National Park Secret Lagoon and sightseeing on the Golden Circle and Reykjanes Peninsula.
Entrance fees are included but travel, accommodation and equipment costs extra.
For club-members, Magmadive says it recently became a BSAC Resort Centre.
