GearNews – Mares Seal Skin Coldwater Wetsuit

The Seal Skin is Mares’ new top-of-the-line coldwater semi-dry. The 6mm back-entry suit uses Ultraflex neoprene for comfort, and externally reinforced seams are standard.

Glideskin seals are said to reduce flushing through neck and wrists, and inverted seals are used at the ankles. The included hood has vents to dispel any bubbles that enter, and it clips to the suit-thigh when not needed. There are men’s (S2-S8) and women’s (S1-S6) models for a price of £318.
