As we patiently sit out our time enduring the global COVID-19 restrictions with our international borders closed into our 16th month now it is comforting to know that our entire team at Fiji’s Premier Dive Resort is FULLY VACCINATEDwith everyone playing their part to support their families and the community in a responsible manner. Additionally Volivoli Beach Resort is CareFiji Commitment and SafeTravels compliant with a full time accredited Wellness Ambassador onsite ensuring we are prepared and ready to host our guests in the best and safest way possible when global restrictions are lifted.
Never ones to simply ‘rest-on-our-laurels’ we’ve ceartnly kept ourselves busy with many exciting projects being undertaken. Over the past few months our construction team have been hard at work with extensions and renovations to the Ra Bar on the beach enhancing and already magical location for anyone seeking magnificent sunsets, enjoying a relaxing beachside meal and of course appreciating some ice cold local beers or our crazy cocktail concoctions among the coconut fringed white sandy beach overlooking ‘Fiji’s finest diving’.
We have no doubt that our returning guests coming to explore ‘Fiji’s # 1 dive region’ the world-famous Bligh Water and the ‘soft coral capital of the world’with Fiji’s Premier Dive Resort will be amazed at the transformation of the very popular Ra Bar, it is now double the size, and our new all day scrumptious beachside menu is guaranteed to satisfy even the most ‘avid foodie’ among us.
Early work has also commenced on a modern state of the art conference center with multi media as well as a clean spacious and convenient camera room. Both perfect for the photo pro running classes or corporate businesses seeking a tropical destination with an almost never ending range of activities both in and out of the water for their next convention.
Our dive team has also been meticulously updating and logging over 80-dive sites throughout the 9-regions we dive 365-days a year and even discovering new and exciting critters right on our doorstep that we never knew existed.
