Things have been bubbling away in the background at Duttons Divers with the opening of Hafan Marina Dive Centre, and now the official opening day has been announced – 20 June.
Although technically open now, Clare and Jean Dutton have set Sunday 20 June as the official opening day event, and there is plenty planned.
Visitors will be able to try sidemount and full-face masks, or even diving if you are not already a scuba diver, in their on-side indoor heated pool.
Come and participate in various workshops (dive planning, equipment, and so on), have a wander around the facilities – there is the aforementioned pool, a mezzanine floor packed with dive gear for purchase, showers and toilet facilities, and a spacious classroom and chill-out area.
If you are wanting to get out and sample the local diving, there will also be a guided shore dive and boat dive for you to book on to in advance!
On top of this, everyone that attends the opening day will receive a 10 percent-off voucher for course bookings, in the shop or against guided shore dives and boat dives.
