Working in the dive industry since 2000, Frederique—better known as Fefe— has logged more than 3000 dives across some of the world’s most iconic destinations, including French Polynesia, Fiji, the Galápagos, the Azores, and the Red Sea. From 2008 to 2025, she traded in her fins for shore-based roles, focusing on liveaboard operations management and collaborating with teams around the globe. Even while “dried off,” Fefe remained deeply connected to the diving community, building strong relationships with operators and ensuring the smooth running of liveaboard expeditions. In 2025 she co-founded a digital business consultancy, Clear Coast Solutions, with her husband to help small and medium sized dive businesses.
