I have 20 dives during my last trip the instructor was really well built guy with excellent physique after 5 mins of the dive I was badly gasping for air it was like trying to come with an Olympic runner …of course I finished the 12 L tank in 25 mins 😅
slow down best advice you can give. look at the age of the group as well.
i’m 66 with 300 dives and not as fast or interested in speed
