They are both so gorgeous, it’s just sad they are so expensive, Scubapro should created an anniversary protuct everyone could afford. 😥
I like the G3 except the battery life between charges. 30 hours in watch mode is a deal-breaker for me.
The specs reads:
“Rechargeable lithium battery provides up to 30 hours per charge depending on dive and watch settings being utilized.”
Smartwatch features apparently only work with iPhone. What a ridiculous business decision. A hard no from me until that gets changed. Android users make up a far larger portion of cell usrs world wide. Why….just why?
US$1963 for the 60th Anniversary limited edition G3. Does not include the transmitter. Coincidentally, the price coincides with the year 1963. 😏
Couple of dealers here in Florida have this set at over $3k. No thank you.
yikes!
1300 bucks for dive watch computer
Like the look of the G3 nice to wear when not diving as well. #AskMark is Fourth Element’s Thermocline suitable for wearing under a neoprene drysuit or can you recommend a neutrally buoyant under suit please
Yeah, the G3 looks a little chunky on the wrist but, most watch-sized computers are fairly chunky.
One of my DMs used to wear Thermocline under his neoprene drysuit. They’re only really neutrally buoyant when worn as a wetsuit though. When dry, they still trap a layer of air like a normal undersuit.
Thermocline is good because it can be multi-use. You can use it with your drysuit, wetsuit or alone.
Thanks Mark
Apex Regulator s are one of the best regulator s I have used. You can get all the components, parts with ease.. And I believe it may still be produced in the UK… Buy British.
The G3 is 1300$ 😅 Not even the nice wodden box gets me to buy it, unfortunately :D
Hi and thank you for all you videos, i am looking for a dive computer, can you recommend me a decent one to dont need to brick a bank. i am interest in watch stile please Many thanks
Citizen eco drive are very good, never let me down….

@andyprodive24
Shearwater has one that is easy to use around $530 Peregrine you can use that for a long time and will have great resale value when you are ready for more advanced computer
@Ivory Johnson thank you
aqualung i200c or the i330c a worth a look aswell. menu is a little tricky to understand first, but bluetooth connectivity is standard.
your just buying a red colour reg set for more money …. Thats a NOPE.
The Google shows it between $1,300 and $1,650 (with integrated air transmitter).
Scubapro: hurry up and announce the release date of the Luna 2.0 AI computer !
Is there any review of the G3 yet? My scuba dealer told me that it is actually the G2 in a watch form and therefore with a high price tag.
