Ten Most Unforgettable Wreck Diving Destinations
#ScubaDiving #WreckDiving #ScubaTravel
***** THANK YOU FOR WATCHING *****
What is your favourite wreck dive and why?
Thank you I enjoyed your video. I’ve dived the Soloman islands and Truk both were amazing but Vanuatu and the Cooledge is my fave
If I wanted to watch a man in a diving shop. When I typed Rabaul wrecks. I would’ve not bothered no wonder there’s a whole. WARNING. Please keep it nice .. 2 blooody mins of wreck pics. And this guy . “&^%€?+)’~$_#%. Go away.
The more important question is where can I get a sweatshirt like the one you are wearing? And a little disappointed that the Florida keys didn’t make the list. Just the Vandenberg and the Spiegel Grove are worth the trip!
They were a limited run, we don’t have any left now. We might look at getting a new batch done soon so stay tuned.
There are so many great wrecks, that really we could have a top 50 and easily still miss some of the greats.
I would argue for The Great Lakes in the US to be on the list. The shipwrecks are incredibly well preserved due to the cold and fresh water. One of the best examples is the Gunilda.
The Great Lakes is definitely on my ‘to-do’ list. That’s the problem with lists, something always left off – such as the Umbria in Sudan, another world-class wreck. So much rusty metal to dive, only so much time…
@Scuba Diver Magazine I completely agree. 😁
Steve- the wrecks of Plymouth Sound should be on the list. Having dived many of the aforementioned destinations, cold water drysuit diving with 8m vis off a small hard boat or RIB in the UK is what it’s truly about for me. I was also lucky enough dive the wreck of Niagara 2 Lake Huron, Canada. Cold crystal clear waters, very memorable.
So many awesome wrecks around the world, it is always hard to try and collate a top 10 without leaving loads of great dives out.
