I totally agree with no freediving fins to scuba. what is your opinion on freediving wetsuits to scuba? I don’t use it until today, but I far as I know, besides “more” hard to get in, there is no downside to use it on scuba. if you have any thought about I will be happy to hear about it.
I think you hit the nail on the head about being harder to get into. Also, freediving suits tend to not be as abrasion resistant and durable for wear and tear as a normal dive suit.
Great tips!! As for purchasing a regulator set: if you are on a tight budget, don’t rule out shopping for quality name brand used ones. Ones that are clean, with little use are out there. Many people get into SCUBA, spend a large amount of money on equipment and then decide SCUBA isn’t for them. They will sell their little used quality name branded gear for pennies on the dollar.
