‘The 2017 event will have more of what members love – breakout sessions, an impressive external speaker line-up and plenty of networking opportunities – all at a great new venue, The Vox.’
That’s the message from BSAC, whose forthcoming Diving Conference takes place on Saturday 21 October within Resorts World on the NEC complex, a short walk from Hall 4 where DIVE 2017 will be under way.
The Diving Conference will be open to BSAC Diving Officers, BSAC Instructors and BSAC branch representatives – all of whom will have free access to DIVE 2017 throughout the show weekend of 21-22 October as part of their conference ticket package.
The BSAC Conference will cover a range of technical and Club-related topics.
Speakers will include Brian Cumming with hot-off-the-press analysis of the club’s 2017 incidents’ report, Dr Martin Sayer on understanding our changing seas and Alison Kentuck, whose talk – UK wreck salvage: Discoveries and Opportunities – will reveal the positive side of being Receiver of Wreck.
There will also be a programme of breakout sessions covering topics including training, promotion and expedition diving in separate presentation rooms.
BSAC Conference 2017 tickets are on sale now, priced £27.50, and all conference delegates also get a free weekend pass to DIVE 2017.
