Global liveaboard operator Aggressor Adventures is ready to welcome divers onto its latest vessel with special introductory discounts of up to US $1,000 next year from the start of May. The 16-passenger Komodo Aggressor is a traditional phinisi Indonesian timber sailing vessel set to explore six itineraries in the heart of the Coral Triangle.
The seven-, nine-, 10- and 11-night excursions will cover Komodo National Park (North), Komodo National Park (North & South), Komodo & Sumbawa, North and South Sulawesi, the Banda Sea and the Alor archipelago. The region is known for its pristine soft coral walls, prolific pelagic activity and the otherworldly tiny creatures found on “black-sand dives”.
To celebrate, Aggressor Adventures is offering $500, $600 and $1,000 savings per person for new Komodo Aggressor trips between 1 May 1 and 25 December, 2025. Guests must make their bookings before 31 December, 2024 to take advantage of the offers.
“This rich region is as delightful above water as it is below,” say Aggressor Adventures Chairman & CEO Wayne Brown. “Majestic Komodo dragons, pink-sand beaches and grand volcanoes create an amazing backdrop for Indonesia’s waters that are home to whale sharks, mantas, hammerheads and stunning soft and hard coral reefs.
“As an underwater photographer, I delight in the endless array of macro critters, like flamboyant cuttlefish, blue-ringed octopuses and ornate ghost pipefish. This unspoiled frontier, paired with the world-class luxury and amenities of the Komodo Aggressor, creates an unforgettable adventure for our Aggressor guests.”

Designed for divers, the three-level yacht features eight air-conditioned staterooms, each with a private bathroom, and choice of double or twin beds.
Two upper-level suites offer private balconies said to be perfect for enjoying morning coffee service and breath-taking sunsets. The on-board chef creates freshly prepared Indonesian and European delicacies, says the operator, served in a spacious main-deck dining-room constructed of teak, ironwood and other native Indonesian materials. All dives are made from two large dive-tenders.
The Komodo Aggressor provides divers with nitrox fills, camera tables, charging stations, rinse tanks and separate wet and dry gear sections. Scuba diving reservations can be made online at Aggressor Adventures.
