Imaging in Extreme Underwater Environments

Becky has captured imagery from the Arctic to Antarctica and a lot of challenging places in between. Her specialty is capturing imagery in extreme underwater environments including caves and deep shipwrecks to polar diving and wildlife. Each environment had its set of challenges to overcome both topside and underwater to capture the shots. She uses specialized equipment and has developed eye-catching lighting techniques that creatively showcases these unique environments that few people may ever get to see.

She hopes to ignite the viewers imagination and inspire others to care about these rarely seen and mostly hidden places. Becky will take you behind the scenes of diving inside crystal caves to deep shipwrecks in the Great Lakes. She has rappelled into cenotes in Mexico shooting for National Geographic to leading an expedition to dive inside of glaciers. Each place holds a unique set of challenges but with the right team, experience and determination, she’s captured some unique images.

Becky will be sharing the Main Stage with Deep Sea Detective and tech diver John Chatterton, cave explorer Patrick Widmann, Hollywood stunt performer Liz Parkinson, and NASA-trained NEEMO Aquanaut and DEEP scientist Dawn Kernagis.

Atlantic City Scuba Show

The Atlantic City Scuba Show, this year sponsored by www.scuba.com, is launching its inaugural event in 2026 (6-7 June). A sister show to the long-established Long Beach Scuba Show, it represents the first shows under the banner of new owners Rork Media Limited, which also runs the GO Diving Shows in the UK and Australia, and publishes the global-multi-edition Scuba Diver magazine, as well as being behind the Scuba Diver Magazine YouTube Channel, and long-established website Divernet.
