I was also looking to find out how to replace just the rubber straps of a tusa, traditional click-on open heel fin.
Great video, but you don’t address the fins in the opening pic: the yellow Jets with the pin-through-rubber connector. ??
Such as Charlotte, I was looking this tuto for the way to replace a rubber strap broken.
(exactly the same as the one shown in your video)

I was actually looking for an instruction how to replace a (broken) rubber strap – but unfortunatelly this is not availabe in this video.
I’m happy spring straps are becoming common. Those rubber straps are the worst.
Spring and bungee straps RULE! Way easier to use and more reliable, too. What’s not to love?
